Services

We provide web design, development, email setup, and related digital services. All work is delivered as agreed in the project proposal. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

Payment

50% non‑refundable deposit required before work begins. Remaining 50% due before final launch. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, revisions, and inactivity.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer (USD) or USDT (TRC20). Invoices are issued via Zoho Invoice.

Intellectual Property

You own the final website and all content you provide. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Any third‑party assets (themes, plugins, fonts) are subject to their own licenses.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, leads, or search rankings).

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals during the project. Delays caused by client inactivity may affect the delivery timeline. You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide does not infringe on third‑party rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
