We require a 50% non‑refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval and before we push the site live.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer (USD) or USDT (TRC20). Invoices are issued via Zoho Invoice. For USDT payments, it is the client's responsibility to send funds to the correct wallet address on the correct network (TRC20). We are not responsible for funds lost due to an incorrect address or network selected on the sender's end.
Deposit: The 50% deposit is non‑refundable once we start work, as we dedicate time, research, and setup to your project.
Final Payment: If the delivered site does not match the agreed scope outlined in your proposal, we include up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost to bring it into scope. Requests beyond the original proposal (new pages, new features, redesign of approved work) are considered scope changes and quoted separately, not covered under revisions. If, after 3 rounds, we still cannot meet the originally agreed scope due to our own error, the final 50% is waived and the deposit is retained.
Cancellation Before Delivery: If a client cancels the project after the deposit is paid but before the site is delivered, the deposit is retained to cover work already completed and is non‑refundable. No further payment is owed by the client, and no further work will be delivered.
Project Inactivity: If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 consecutive days after work has begun (no reply to preview links, requested content/assets, or approval requests), the project is paused. Resuming after a pause of 60+ days may require a new timeline and, if significant time has passed, a re-scoping conversation.
No "Change of Mind" Refunds: Because we build custom digital products, we cannot offer refunds once work is completed and the site is live.
If you have an issue, email us at support@iuptimize.com. We aim to resolve all concerns within 5 business days.
Year‑1 hosting is free. Renewal is billed annually at $60/year. Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
